Flood cut after water damage
This home had experienced water damage. The carpet became saturated along with the floors and the dry wall. When this is the case, our team of professionals make a flood cut which is a 2 foot cut from the floor up, removing the drywall. This prevents water making it's way up the wall and damaging more of the home. This can easily be replaced and it allowed for the drying to be done faster. Additionally, the carpet had to be removed as it was saturated and curling from the water. The carpet was severely stained and damaged. Some materials are able to be salvaged while in other cases the material has to be tosses. Call on our team for any water damage you may experience.
