Brian is the franchise Owner, Operator, and team leader who puts all the pieces together to ensure the franchise's success. He oversees ten SERVPRO locations and is dedicated to promoting quality customer service.

Michele

Michele is the COO for SERVPRO of Marshall & Sedalia.

As COO, she oversees the daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly while aligning with the company's overarching goals.

She maintains the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):

• Water Removal Technician
• Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician

She is also HIPAA certified.

Daniel

Daniel is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He manages the day-to-day operations in regard to job status, production staff, vehicles and equipment. He implements and maintains quality assurance protocols to ensure client satisfaction.

Travis

Travis is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He creates business plans and goals to ensure company success and client satisfaction. He also monitors various company divisions such as the production, office, and marketing staff to meet objectives and track revenue. 

Virginia

Virginia is the Inventory and Asset Manager at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for the management and implementation of SERVPRO policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets, including property, vehicles, equipment, and supplies. 

Emily

Emily is the Large Loss Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for maintaining job files from start to finish of a large loss project. She tracks estimates, job progression, billing, client communication and more.

Judy

Judy is an Estimator at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid and price mitigation projects. She ensures that an accurate scope of work is created while offering a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers.

Allison

Allison is the Digital Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She performs all marketing administrative tasks, maintains Franchise web and social sites, and oversees Franchise marketing and community events. She also writes and produces brand marketing material.

Sonya

Sonya is a member of the Office Staff at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She joined our team in October 2019 and has over ten years of experience in accounting and tax.

Ron

Ron is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He leads the production team and reviews all job site documentation to ensure the job was done efficiently and within compliance. He coordinates various jobs, resources, equipment and vehicles to ensure client satisfaction. Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Journeyman Water Restorer, and Mold. He has a certification through Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Renovation, Repair, & Painting (RRP) Program for Lead Paint and through Interactive Occupational Training for Certified Mold Technician Level II Professional. Ron is also certified in Employee Certification Training Program for Crew Training and OSHA 10 Hazard Recognition for the General Industry.

Tabatha is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for maintaining job files from the start to finish of a mitigation or restoration job. She tracks estimates, job progression, billing, client communication and more.
